From this page you can now access and use a near complete version of the AdaPT Toolset for Working with the new Modular Management Agreement for TMOs.

It is a super resource that helps you link your vision for your TMO to the relevant parts of the  Agreement and suitable policies and procedures. The toolset will also guide you to masses of other useful documents and information.

An Innovation into Action Grant has paid for the development of this special computer software and Tribal HCH has done the development work in consultation the NFTMO.

The AdaPT toolset will make the MMA more ‘user friendly’ - for developing TMOs and for established TMOs that switch to the new agreement.  The toolset provides a visual description of the process that tenants need to go through in setting up a TMO and creating a management agreement to fit their needs. The aim is to make it quicker, easier and more enjoyable, presenting information and choices in a way that helps to keep alive a vision of what the effort is all for. 

Completion of the AdaPT project has been delayed while we wait for the Government to finalise the new Right to Manage Guidance ( see News page ) following consultations.
