This Tenant Management Knowledge Map incorporates government guidance – ‘Resident’s Choice’ and ‘Local Choices Local Control’ – alongside the Common Assessment Model, the Modular Management Agreement and a host of sample policies, case studies, supporting information and guidance on issues for TMOs.

You can move around on screen and choose your own path through to the information you want. The documents are all there too – you can open them and print them off if you need to.

The Map will be particularly useful to those looking to set up a new TMO, new members and staff in existing TMOs, landlords working with TMOs, and TMOs who want to take on new responsibilities.
