Managing Risk - Avoiding Fraud

One-Day Training Course. Lead Trainer John Frankis:- Ask anyone working with or part of a successful TMO what the key ingredients of success are and it is quite likely that ‘trust’ will be one of the factors. Trust comes in many forms and is crucial if organisations are to delegate responsibilities and be effective in the way they operate. However, ask anyone working with or part of a TMO on the receiving end of fraud what were the surrounding factors and it is quite likely that ‘too much trust and insufficient checks’ will be an important feature. This one day training event will give participants a chance to discuss and better understand the range of risks facing a TMO and what mechanisms can be put in place to help manage risks.
