The Keyword Search
If you looking for references to a particular topic then try the KEYWORD SEARCH. For example, if you are looking for information about rent arrears recovery procedures you could type in ‘Rent’ or ‘Arrears’ or ‘Rent Arrears Recovery’. If the Search gives you no results first time then try a similar word or words.

You can also use a source keyword to find documents published by the same author. For example, the keyword ‘TPAS’ will list all TPAS documents in the library.

Using the Keyword and Catergory Searches Together
You can use the CATEGORY and KEYWORD search together if you want to narrow down the range of documents listed.

About PDFs
All documents are provided as a PDF file. To read PDF files you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Reader for free by clicking here.

Downloading Useful Documents
If you want to copy the file to your computer then ‘right click’ on the link and use the ‘Save Target As’ command to select the destination on your hard disc.
