Your
group
can
also
join
as
full
members
if
you
are
working
towards
setting
up

served
a
Right
to
Manage
notice

offer
associate
membership
to
tenants
groups
that
are
exploring
the
possibility
of
tenant
management
but
have
not
yet
made
a
formal
decision
to
set
up
a
TMO.

fee

based

30
pence
per
property
managed
per
year
up
to
a
maximum
of £250,
and
a
minimum
fee
